mixed feelings about this location

clean poolunlocked doorinsect problem
the gardens pool was clean and well-kept. the beach was great too.
the housekeeper left our doors unlocked everyday. i told the front desk twice about this, but it happened again. i was scared because the place is surrounded by insects and mosquitos.

the housekeeper kept leaving our doors unlocked every single day. i told the front desk twice but it still happened.

A decent resort

I enjoyed the restaurant (especially the breakfast buffet). It offered delicious food and really good service. The staff were helpful with taxis and directions.
The equipment seemed a bit old. The domain didn't look very well maintained (some beach cushions were stained).

i was honestly disappointed in the room condition the room was old and the furniture showed wear and tear there were stains on the cushions and some of the wooden furniture was chipped also i did not find the staff particularly attentive at the restaurant they were slow to respond to requests and often seemed disinterested it took a long time to get their attention for drink refills or to ask for the bill
